Sous Chef

DZ Restaurants is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in fast paced fine dining, menu creativity, overall kitchen operations, purchasing, COGS controls, budgeting and supervising staff. We are seeking a hard working individual with an upbeat, energetic personality.

DZ Restaurants currently consists of three successful regional restaurants.

Chianti Il Ristorante, opened in 1998, is situated in the heart of beautiful downtown Saratoga Springs and serves sophisticated, authentic Northern Italian fare and an award winning wine selection in an elegant setting.

Forno Bistro, opened in 2006, anchors Saratoga’s vibrant downtown and offers a variety of rustic, Tuscan-style food rooted in tradition.

Boca Bistro, opened in Saratoga Springs in June of 2012, blends vintage Spanish elements with a distinctive contemporary spirit unique to every DZ Restaurant.
