Carol Ippoliti

Carol Ippoliti is an ambitious, energetic, and passionate Sales Manager who recently joined DZ Restaurants team. She is responsible for all private event sales for Chianti Il Ristorante, Forno Bistro and Boca Bistro.

 Growing up in Scotia, New York Carol began her journey at Glen Sanders Mansion, where she fell in love with the restaurant industry. The quick pace and consent movement matched her personality, perfectly. Carol then studied Hospitality Management at Schenectady County Community College. During this time, she also began her Sales Career with The Mallozzi Group.  During her time with this company she was promoted to Sales Manager and Off-Premise Catering Director.  Most recently, Carol worked as a Sales Manager for Mazzone Hospitality. 

 As Sales Manager at DZ Restaurants, Carol focuses mostly on fulfilling the needs of the guests.  She enjoys customizing menus and events for each individual. When asked what she believes to be the most important aspect of guests’ experiences, Carol responded, “Exceeding their expectations by listening and making their dreams a reality! I always try to find a way to make things happen.  The word NO, is not in my vocabulary.”

 The reason Carol has been increasingly successful in her career is because she loves what she does. Her operations experience helps her understand how event’s come together. She says “I’ve produced some really interesting events. I want every event to be unique and personal. I love working with guests to create some of the most important memories of their lives. I take pride in knowing that a guest can completely put their trust in me to get the job done! It’s so rewarding.  DZ Restaurants always puts guests first, so this is a perfect fit.
