DZ Restaurants is thrilled to announce a unique partnership with Wolf Hollow Brewing to introduce “Thoroughbreds,” an Italian-style Pilsner crafted to support the backstretch workers at the Saratoga Racetrack as part of their “Helping HanDZ” initiative, an endeavor aimed at giving back to the local community.

Crafted with meticulous care and brewed with a purpose, Thoroughbreds embodies a delightful fusion of Italian tradition and community support. Developed in collaboration with DZ Restaurants team including beer expert Rich Peters, and Wolf Hollow Head Brewer, Kyle Folk, this crisp Pilsner boasts floral hops and a citrusy finish, making it the quintessential summer brew.

More than just a refreshing beverage, every pint of Thoroughbreds sold contributes to the welfare of the Saratoga backstretch workers. By purchasing this exceptional beer, patrons directly impact the lives of those who are integral to the racing industry and our local community.

Executive Chef Fabrizio Bazzani will recreate three historical Italian dishes inspired by the pages of La Cucina Italiana. Each course is paired with an Italian wine from Chianti’s award-winning wine list.

Forno Bistro Pizza Masterclass – February 17 / March 16

Stretch, toss, and sauce your pizza from start to finish as you learn the secrets to making this Italian favorite with Executive Chef Alex LeClair in this hands-on culinary experience. Guests will also be treated to a guided cheese tasting featuring BelGioioso cheeses and enjoy beer samples from Brooklyn Brewery.
